<em>'Next Friday'</em> disappoints, which isn't a surprise given the absence of Chris Tucker. The first film worked because of the two lead actors, so taking out one (esp. Tucker) was always going to make a sequel fall flat; especially without finding an adequate replacement. Ice Cube is OK and is the best part, if only via a process of elimination. Mike Epps didn't do it for me, his character is annoying. Of the newbies, Kym Whitley is the only one that comes close to working. Lisa Rodríg...
